CRESTWOOD -- a 415-acre pocket of well-kept colonial, Tudor and Victorian single-family homes in Yonkers -- is situated in the city's northeast corner, with Eastchester and Tuckahoe directly to its east and Bronxville south of them. At the center of the neighborhood, where 3,182 people live, is the Church of the Annunciation and its school, which have served generations of Crestwood residents, some of whose children return as adults to raise their families there.
