We are located on the west bank of the Hudson River almost half-way between New York City and Albany in the southeast corner of Ulster County. We are centered in the Hudson Valley fruit growing region.

Our Town borders the beautiful Hudson River and also is readily accessible via the nearby New York State Thruway and U. S. Route 84. There is ample space, both pre built and building sites, for businesses and industry to locate in our very affordable Town.
