- Located in the Catskills south of Albany, Camp Medusa is owned and operated by the Hudson Mohawk Association of the New York Conference of the United Church of Christ, and is certified by the NY State Department of Health. The camp is inspected twice yearly. Inspection reports are filed at the Albany County Health Department, South Ferry and Green Street, Albany, Ny 12201. The Association, the New York conference and the United Church of Christ support each congregation in its work of ministry and mission by providing leadership and resources. Unique to this Association is the ownership and operation of an outdoor ministry facility at Medusa, New York. Camp Medusa is located in the Helderberg Hills of the Catskill Mountains, near the geographic center of the Association.
